Delehanty Interior Design is a boutique interior design practice based in Wellington and the Wairarapa.

Karen Delehanty started her journey into the wonderful world of interior design at the age of 19 and has never looked back. She studied through the London based Rhodec International Interior Design Correspondence College and over her many years of being involved in this very addictive industry, both in the lower North Island and in London during her OE, she has gained immense product knowledge and worked alongside a wonderful team of handpicked professionals.

Karen strives to capture the essence of her client’s personality and translate that to their interior. A great listener and a willingness to work very closely with her client’s to ensure that their interior spaces are personal, functional, unique and most of all - spaces that stand the test of time.

Our services include sourcing, selecting and supplying window treatments and textiles, furniture, soft furnishings, finishes, lighting, rugs, colour schemes and finishing touches.

We work alongside experienced manufacturers for all joinery, furniture and upholstery and we collaborate with architects, builders and all the trades required to deliver your project.
